How can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, email us at info@globalhorizondxb.com before midnight EST of the same day the order was placed. We cannot update the address once your order has been dispatched.

I put the wrong address and want it delivered to a different address. Is that possible?
Yes, you can change the delivery address if you submit your address change request on the same day by 2 AM EST ( i.e., 11:30 AM IST). To do so, you can send us an email request. However, you cannot change the mailing address after your order has been dispatched. The package is dispatched by mid night of the day the order is placed.

How do I track my order?
You should receive your tracking details within 72 hours of your order confirmation. If you do not receive it, check your spam or promotional email folders. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@abortionpillsinprivate.com with your reference ID. Alternatively, you can track your order on the shipment tracking link of our logistics partner, Aramex.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If my packet is delivered late, how can I request a refund?

How can I cancel the order?
Once an order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you can write to our team at info@globalhorizondxb.com, and they will review your case to see if anything can be done.

Can I return the product if it is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@globalhorizondxb.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve sending a replacement or refund.
